Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact us at accounts@motivusrephotography.com, and we will process your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the credit card processing fees of 2.9% of the transaction amount plus $0.30. Alternatively, we can apply the credit to your account for future use.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your photoshoot, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $60 cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment, contact us at info@motivusrephotography.com.
